Gluten-Free Diet: List of Permitted Foods

Eggs, milk, meat and fish. Since gluten is a plant protein of cereal crops, it by definition can not be part of the muscle tissue of animals. Any types of meat (beef, chicken, lamb, pork), fish (salmon, cod) and dairy products (cheese, milk ,cream) are allowed on a gluten-free diet.
